Process Auditing provides actionable business intelligence about the effectiveness of your operations. Leveraging Lean practices, we work with your team to build a picture of how work is actually being done, how long it takes, how much it costs and where value is added. We follow the work as it crosses internal silos and show how the wider team is connected.
This is ideal for business owners, leaders and managers who want to gain a valuable insight into areas for improvement.
Through an initial business profile meeting we work with you to build a picture of the organisation and its core processes. A process is selected for auditing and a small team is assembled to participate in data collection. Once completed, you will be presented with a summary presentation and a report highlighting key areas for improvement based on the data captured.

Q. Do I need to be a business owner or manager?
A. You need to have the authority to make change happen, this is usually the owner or manager’s role.
Q. How many people need to be involved in workshop sessions?
A. Ideally 2 from each department the process flows through.
Q. Will this be a virtual or in person engagement?
A. Face to face is always more effective and engaging, but we can facilitate online events if required.
