In this article we’re going to give you an overview of what’s included in Zoho One and we’ll aim to cover each feature in more detail over the coming months.
Who are Zoho?
Zoho is an Indian software company specialising in business applications and cloud computing. At the time of writing the company serves over 50 million customers globally and data centres around the world.
What is Zoho One
I bet you’ve heard of either Microsoft 365 or Google Suite? Both of these offer users a suite of business productivity tools including email, calendar, word processing and more. Well Zoho One does the same but it goes even further, including applications to manage all aspects of your business, from sales to project management, HR to accounting and even more. In fact the suite of 40+ tools is so diverse that it can feel overwhelming at first, but luckily we’re hear to help you.
One of the key features of Zoho One is it’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, which allows a business to keep track of its clients and sales. This is something every business should invest in and Zoho do it exceptionally well. Another standout features is its digital document signing which can rival the likes of DocuSign and among other things a digital marketing application similar to Mailchip.
For all this and more you only pay €35 per user, per month! This is great value if you consider that signing individually for Hubspot, Docusign and Mailchip (on their lowest cost packages) would cost around €66 per month and that’s without considering all the other Zoho applications!
When it comes to storing and managing the personal data of EU citizens it’s important to consider the implications of GDPR. You can rest assured Zoho have EU data centres which will also help your business stay compliant.
Zoho offer an exceptional suite of business tools at an unbeatable price. Occasionally you will find the odd quirk but the support so far has been great. If you do decide to go down this route it’s unlikely that you’ll be doing away with your Microsoft 365 account or Gmail as these are already such great tools.
